Skyline was founded in 1996 by longtime friends Tim Merchant and Chad Leap. Tim had recently graduated from Purdue in engineering, while Chad had been gaining valuable experience in the construction industry.
Over the years, they have grown their company and cultivated a team of long-term employees who understand the detail and care that goes into building a family home.
